So yesterday we had a BBQ at my mom’s house. I was in charge of the strawberries and the salad. Then when I got there I realized my mom had made another salad. I told her to quit undermining my salad authority, but she didn’t even give me the satisfaction of a response.

Moms…

What did you do? Did you have a great Memorial Day or what!?!

Also, want to give a shout out to all the Vetrans. I am so thankful for them. They risk their lives and do a job that I’m so glad I don’t have to do. I will forever be grateful!

Fondue Party at The Melting Pot

Have you guys ever had fondue? Well, I had my first fondue dinner this past Wednesday night. It was pretty fun. My sister-in-law has been organizing these nights once a month for us girls to get together and just have ourselves some fun. I whipped out my camera and got lots of questions if I was going to post about it. So, I thought I’d ask ’em if they wanted me to. I basically got yelled at, ” YEAH!”

So, then pretty much threatened my life if I didn’t tell you peeps what wonderful gals they all are. Especailly my sis-in-law (the blond one. She is Crazy!) So, to to keep my life, I thought I’d share some fun photos.

OK you guys, remember how I told you I couldn’t get enough fish sandwiches? Well, I had 2 yesterday. Ha ha! But I’ve really found a new food obsession! SUSHI! Oh my goodness. I’ve been craving it since we were in Florida in January and finally just got some while we were in Texas. I keep stopping by my favorite place and getting an order to go. But then, when my friends Tracy and Gertrude wanted to do something I forced them into getting Sushi with me. Muwahahahah!

These girls are amazing. I feel bad I don’t have many pics of you Gertie, but you’ve been on here before, so I don’t really feel that bad. Ha ha! Tracy and I went to high school together. And she just had this amazing baby Liam about 9 months ago! Isn’t he adorable! He’s the happiest baby and until he peed on Tracy’s leg, was the easiest baby I’ve ever gone to lunch with too! Ha ha!

We had a great time and GREAT food! Can’t wait to do it again!

What’s that? You wanna know what sushi I get? I get veggie sushi. I’m totally not into the raw fish thing. This roll is avocado, cucumber, and fried cream cheese! YUM!
