This was such a great weekend! Very busy. How was yours?

My good friend had her baby and I got to hold him! He’s so precious and sweet and I love him. Something they did which I never would have thought to do is they got him a sweet little hat so he doesn’t have to wear one of the hospital hats! It automatically made him look like their baby and not just another new baby. I’m doing it. Have any other tips like this? I’m not pregnant, but do plan to have kids one day and I love storing up all the good ideas to whip them out at once and make everyone think I’m cool.

Day 11

This is an outfit I had to work overtime to keep from being boring. Bob and I both work at home, so some days I don’t even leave the house, except to get the mail. But since starting this blog I’m challenging myself to kick it up a notch. So I added the scarf and awesome KM2 cuff and voilà! I feel much spiffier.

Day 10 – Girls Night Out

Went to dinner with a couple of girls. We had a lot of fun. I love good food! My friend and I both got the tomato bisque which was AMAZING, but left me feeling so bloated that I thought I might be pregnant. So glad this dress covered it up!

Speaking of this dress, I just got it at Gap. Now, I don’t like for stores to go out of business, but when a specific store of a giant company is closing, I don’t at all feel bad for taking advantage of the sales. This dress was marked down to $21 and I still got it for 40% off of that low price!

Gosh I love sales! If you know of any good ones, fill me in.
