One day when Bob and I were first dating he saw me at the end of a gross day. I felt terrible. I wanted to go home and take a shower and wash the day away. But first I saw him. I really didn’t even want to see him because I thought he’d think less of me. But instead he said, “You look pretty.”
Thinking of that makes me smile to this day. And it makes me even more confident that he still loves me when I’m not looking my best. He even took care of me when I had the stomach flu. Now that’s love.
Today while taking pics the neighbors dogs were barking. I knew it would cause the neighbor to come get her dogs, but what I didn’t realize was that she would be peeking out from behind her curtains. Boing! Whatever. It sort of made me laugh. And I think she stopped once she saw me look over at her. Ha ha! I’d be embarassed if I were her.
I had a friend tell me how to get people to stop staring at you. Wanna know how? Stare back! That would get me to stop, that’s for sure!

So for the next 2 weeks, Bob and I are housesitting. We packed up Bella (our puppy) and drove across town to his parents house. They also have a puppy. I don’t have kids, so I don’t know how it works with kids, but these puppies act like crazy dogs! They don’t listen. They won’t go to the bathroom. They won’t eat. All they want to do is play. It’s totally driving me nuts and I have no idea how to do it all. And this is just with dogs! What they heck am I going to do when I have kids!? Do they do the same thing?
Yeah, and the packing thing was ridiculous. I thought it’d be so easy because I can only wear 30 items. WRONG! 3o items is a lot for a 2 weeks Then, I packed all my accessories (belts, scarfs, jewelry, etc) and I ended up having like 4 bags! Bob was asking me what I had brought and even though I wanted to agree I didn’t want him to have the satisfaction of being right. So I reminded him it’s my job to wear a different outfit everyday.
