Nosey Neighbor

Today while taking pics the neighbors dogs were barking. I knew it would cause the neighbor to come get her dogs, but what I didn’t realize was that she would be peeking out from behind her curtains. Boing! Whatever. It sort of made me laugh. And I think she stopped once she saw me look over at her. Ha ha! I’d be embarassed if I were her.

I had a friend tell me how to get people to stop staring at you. Wanna know how? Stare back! That would get me to stop, that’s for sure!

Forever In Love

Hi Friends! I feel like I haven’t posted in forever! I’m still here. Promise! 🙂 It’s been kind of a hectic week. But I’ve been wearing my 30/30 outfits just as I promised. Yesterday Bob and I went on a walk to take these pics. We were holding hands and we saw a sweet little old man who said, “Now that’s what I like to see! You can really tell when two people love each other. You have a great day!”

It was so cute. Made us both smile and giggle a little. That is for sure one of our goals—to stay in love as long as we’re alive…even when we have kids! We’re preparing ourselves now for distractions and annoyances and keeping our love strong for each other. We know we can’t really prepare for what is to come, but we’re at least trying. Got any tips for us?

Bad At Packing

So for the next 2 weeks, Bob and I are housesitting. We packed up Bella (our puppy) and drove across town to his parents house. They also have a puppy. I don’t have kids, so I don’t know how it works with kids, but these puppies act like crazy dogs! They don’t listen. They won’t go to the bathroom. They won’t eat. All they want to do is play. It’s totally driving me nuts and I have no idea how to do it all. And this is just with dogs! What they heck am I going to do when I have kids!? Do they do the same thing?

Yeah, and the packing thing was ridiculous. I thought it’d be so easy because I can only wear 30 items. WRONG! 3o items is a lot for a 2 weeks Then, I packed all my accessories (belts, scarfs, jewelry, etc) and I ended up having like 4 bags! Bob was asking me what I had brought and even though I wanted to agree I didn’t want him to have the satisfaction of being right. So I reminded him it’s my job to wear a different outfit everyday.
