Today is my Dad’s birthday. Wanna know about him? I thought you did. Well, he was a music teacher for many years before getting more into working with sound equipment (speakers, microphones, etc.). He is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. He has bent over backwards to take care of his family. He has perfect pitch, meaning if you say, “Hey, can you give me a C?” he can have no pitch reference and just sing the note for you. He can teach anyone (and I do mean anyone) how to sing. If you give him ANY instrument, within 30 minutes he can play you a song. He’s so stinkin’ friendly. He has decided it’s his personal mission to make sure people feel welcome and good about themselves when they’re in his presence. All in all, he’s a pretty cool guy and I’m glad he’s my dad.
