We tried to go snorkeling. I think I hated it. I tried. I am just not a great swimmer and trying to swim in the ocean is way more complicated. I started to feel clostraphobic with my head (especially my ears) underwater. Bob saw some cool fish, but I sat on the beach, got tan, and read my book. I don’t even feel bad about it because I tried, twice. Anyone have any tips for me to get over it? I’ve decided I’m going to take swimming lessons this summer. I can tread water, but I really want to learn how to swim so I can get over this small phobia.
