Work Out

 

Swimsuit season is quickly approaching and though I don’t believe anyone else really cares what we look like, it always helps for us to feel our best when we’re half naked prancing around other people. :) Who invented this idea anyway? Moving on. I know there are a million work-out regimens out there, but I thought I’d share one with you that I did and my whole body hurt for 2 days. Ahem. I found it on Lauren Conrad’s website and you’re supposed to do it twice (if you can still move)!

  • 100 jumping jack
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 25 bench dips (you can do this using a chair)
  • 60 second wall sit
  • 60 second plank
