Work Out

Swimsuit season is quickly approaching and though I don’t believe anyone else really cares what we look like, it always helps for us to feel our best when we’re half naked prancing around other people. :) Who invented this idea anyway? Moving on. I know there are a million work-out regimens out there, but I thought I’d share one with you that I did and my whole body hurt for 2 days. Ahem. I found it on Lauren Conrad’s website and you’re supposed to do it twice (if you can still move)!

  • 100 jumping jack
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 25 bench dips (you can do this using a chair)
  • 60 second wall sit
  • 60 second plank

    this looks like an awesome routine.  I do most of this stuff when I am at the gym, but maybe not all together like this (plus, you can do this easy at home!) – I don’t know what bench dips are though!?!? I’ll have to google that!

    I think I would limit the jumping jacks to 50 (I HATE cardio) and do this whole thing three times! Love it!

    yeah, the jumping jacks were intense, but i think they really were good for me.

    I need to care more about what I put in my body, after all – it’s a temple!  I use to love all my bikinis but now i think. what is the purpose. aside from myself laying out in the sun it seems to be a show for all the guys around. i dont know if it is fair to them what do you think?
