Swimsuit season is quickly approaching and though I don’t believe anyone else really cares what we look like, it always helps for us to feel our best when we’re half naked prancing around other people.
Who invented this idea anyway? Moving on. I know there are a million work-out regimens out there, but I thought I’d share one with you that I did and my whole body hurt for 2 days. Ahem. I found it on Lauren Conrad’s website and you’re supposed to do it twice (if you can still move)!
- 100 jumping jack
- 20 crunches
- 20 squats
- 10 push ups
- 25 bench dips (you can do this using a chair)
- 60 second wall sit
- 60 second plank
